I had surgery about 8 years ago, but as a result I am now looking into removal surgery. My original nose was low and bulbous, so they used silicone and ear cartilage, and also did alar reduction. Because my nose was low, I didn't realize my original bridge was crooked, but as time passed it kept becoming more crooked. I think the doctor should have told me that first... I was not satisfied.
