Honestly, the reviews weren't bad and the price was good, so I had the surgery. It definitely slimmed me down and made me look leaner, but my arms aren't straight. If you want straight arms, this isn't the place... Honestly, I'm a little disappointed. It's not bad, but the upper part is still a bit bulgy, so I'm thinking of maybe getting InMode on that area too..
