The director is kind. I waited more than thirty minutes for the consultation manager... It seemed okay overall, and this place is famous for breast surgery, so I went after getting a recommendation from an acquaintance. It didn't seem bad... I just left saying I'd think about it. It was one of the three places I was considering. They explained things in detail.
