I went after reading the reviews, so I roughly knew the director's style, and it was pretty much as I expected The manager definitely covers for the director They pressure you to reserve on the same day, and when you say no, their friendliness drops I thought the director would probably do a good job of the surgery If I don't have a decent place, I'm thinking about whether I'd get surgery here..
