I went for a consultation after getting a recommendation from an acquaintance, and it was mostly with the doctor rather than the manager, which was good, but there wasn't a detailed explanation about the surgical method or the implant placement position, and the consultation was relatively short, so that part was a bit disappointing. The manager was fairly kind, and it seems like they have a solid aftercare system.
