I live in the provinces and heard they were good at treating otas nevus, so I got a ruby laser a month ago. The price was on the expensive side, and I think the director is skilled, but the atmosphere was a bit cold so I didn't feel they were kind. The desk staff also just handed me two sheets of paper saying they were precautions and didn't explain anything;;
