I had my first surgery with silicone on the bridge and septal cartilage in the tip of the nose. The bridge ended up higher than I expected, so I was a bit taken aback, but as the swelling went down it settled in well; however, by my personal standard, it still felt too high. About the parts I was worried about, the manager and the director listened to me and considered them with a kindness that stayed perfectly consistent before and after the surgery, which left a really strong impression on me.
