The person who performed the procedure was not a doctor, but it was good because I could feel how very meticulous they were. The front desk staff talked to me at the same time, which was confusing. My mom and I did it together, and my mom said a man did her procedure. But honestly, my mom’s result wasn’t very pretty, so that was disappointing. I came with my mom hoping her procedure would turn out better.. Also, the consulting manager was kind and gave the consultation without pressure or steering, so I felt comfortable during the consultation. To exaggerate a bit, I even thought I wish every clinic had managers like that. The staff member who applied the numbing cream was cute and kind, so I was smiling while getting ready for the procedure. Only the front desk staff had a slightly rough way of speaking, which was disappointing, but my own procedure turned out well. For the retouch, I’m going to request a different person for my mom. They made her look like Atom, which annoyed me.
