I had buried double-eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty about 5 years ago. They said it was a two-loop technique? So it wouldn't come undone easily, and it's still holding strong with no signs of loosening. The epicanthoplasty did attach a little, so I got a white scar, but I don't really mind. During the consultation, they took photos with my bangs pulled back, projected them onto the wall, and explained things that way, which made me trust them.
