The results are good. It has been two years since I had double-chin liposuction and muscle tightening, and although I gained 20 kg afterward, I have not gained fat under my chin! During pregnancy I could not manage the scar under my chin, so a hypertrophic scar developed there, but after giving birth I received laser treatment several times. Now the scar is barely noticeable. However, one thing to be careful about is that although the double-chin muscles are tightened firmly, fat can build up again over time, and the skin!!! under the chin can sag, which may make the surgical scar visible through the sagging skin. So scar care is important, even if it is in a location that is not usually visible.
