The front desk staff were unbelievably rude. The clinic is closed on Sundays, yet they mistakenly scheduled my appointment for Sunday. When I went on what I thought was the original appointment date, they made me wait an hour and I could not even get a consultation. They rescheduled me for another day, then said, “It might work that day, or it might not,” like that.. When I called because I thought I would be five minutes late that day, they said, “You’re only coming now?” Are they crazy? The director was blunt and handsome, but even when I asked questions, he seemed to have only his own answers, so the consultation was not particularly helpful.. It only left me with more questions.. They should probably replace the entire staff. The facility is spacious. They said I cannot view the CCTV at all. I cannot believe a clinic like this still exists in 2026.. Amazing. Wow...
