I think the policy of making the deposit expire after one year is truly selfish. If it must be used within a year, why take a deposit at all? I imagine they made quite a nice amount from deposits this way. If I had known about this policy earlier, I probably would not have had the treatment in the first place. Their attitude was decided from the beginning. I let it go because it was my fault for not checking, but I think quite a few people have made the same mistake as me... They say the entire amount expires after one year, so please keep that in mind. I have never seen a place like this before.
