I had it done eight years ago. My nose was very large and thick, so I suppose the surgeon reduced it as much as possible, but an indentation developed at the tip, so I am looking into revision surgery. The coordinator was kind and good at the time. But if I could go back, I would probably have followed the surgeon's advice and done it without silicone. I was the one who made the wrong decision; the surgeon did everything I asked. Good, good. Since it was my first nose surgery, the cost was advantageous compared with other clinics. . .
