After looking at the results, the doctor said my face looked broad not because of a bone issue but because of fat, so there was no need for major surgery... Honestly, hearing that made me feel relieved that I would not need bone shaving T_T.. The doctor said removing a lot of fat indiscriminately is not necessarily better, and that removing everything without considering the facial shape could hollow the cheeks and make me look older later. They said the areas that should be reduced and preserved were clearly different for my face. I was recommended liposuction in six areas, mainly the fullness under the chin and along the jawline and cheeks, plus a thread-lifting plan to prevent sagging and refine the contours. I liked the consultation because they explained in detail where and how to treat the area so the boundary between my neck and jawline would become defined. The coordinator pointed out only what was necessary without pressuring me, which felt straightforward. This was my favorite among the places I consulted, so I will probably choose it.
