The doctor was genuinely professional, explained things kindly, and I liked that. However, the person who usually performs the initial CT scan was off, so foreign staff assisted me. It took a long time because they had to adjust my position several times. On top of that, they failed to take one of the required scans, so just as I was about to enter the consultation, I had to go back for another scan. That was disappointing and left a bad impression from the start, but the director was very nice and the coordinator was kind, so I felt better. The wait was not very long, the director was professional, and the clinic is so well known that I probably have nothing to worry about.
