The consultation with the doctor was good. The explanation of the surgery was detailed, and I got a good impression because I could feel the doctor's confidence in their skills. However, during the consultation, the coordinator pressured me to pay a reservation deposit, which felt burdensome, and I ended up paying without having enough time to think it over. Later, I reconsidered the surgery and asked about cancellation and a refund, but was told it was not possible because I had agreed at the time of booking that the deposit was nonrefundable. If you are going for a consultation, I hope you will not pay a deposit right there, compare several clinics, check the refund policy, and take enough time to think it over.
