They suggested shaving down the outer cheekbones, filling the front cheekbones, and considering the under-eye area as well. Since my front cheekbones were quite hollow, they also recommended fat grafting, but I want to try the cheekbone surgery first and think about fat grafting later. When I went to the clinic, I saw a collection of handwritten letters from patients. I think I will visit other clinics for consultations before deciding. Postoperative care consisted only of a laser treatment for reducing swelling; there was nothing specifically related to lifting. They said they would check the results at 2, 4, and 6 months, and apparently check on postoperative day 3 or 7.
