I had buried double-eyelid surgery 8 years ago. They don’t recommend unnecessary procedures; even if you say you want one, they first tell you that you don’t have to do it. One side has now come undone, so I’ve been going to other hospitals for consultations, and people often say the line from the first surgery is very neat. That probably means the skill is good, but it seems like everyone’s line comes undone around a similar time. The head doctor tends to prefer a fairly high baseline line, so if you want a low line from the start, I recommend saying so.
