Among the hospitals I visited, this one was on the more expensive side. It was also interesting because the explanation was a little different from the others. They said I would need incisional surgery + medial canthoplasty + eye correction surgery. They explained medial canthoplasty as not just opening the inner corner, but cutting the band around the eye so the eyes can open more easily? I think they seem quite professional, so I'm still deciding.
