I had a forehead/brow fat removal procedure here a long time ago~ Before that, I had thick eyelids, which were a complex for me, so I had them removed. If I remember correctly, it was done under local anesthesia, and it was bearable enough, and the procedure time wasn't that long either. I was satisfied with the result.
