I had a consultation for nose surgery. The consultation proceeded with the manager's talk, then a CT scan, then a consultation with the director, and everyone was kind and explained things accurately. Rather than just recommending things, they seemed to help the patient understand and choose for themselves.

I went at my consultation appointment time, but the wait time for the doctor's consultation was very long.. The doctor was really kind, but he seemed very rushed.. When explaining the surgery method, he spoke too fast and looked busy.
