The consultation manager was really, really kind, but compared to the doctor, the consultation didn't seem very systematic. Still, the doctor drew a sketch of my nose and even did a CT scan, explaining things in a way that was easy to understand, which I really liked. He also talked about what would be best if I had surgery on my nose, and I was satisfied
