I went there through a referral, so I was already prepared to have surgery. After the consultation, my mind was completely made up against it. The director was just so-so, neither kind nor rude. You could see their pride. The front desk was completely rude and couldn't even handle patients well, and the consultation coordinator was basically just repeating what the director said once more, not even really explaining itㅋㅋ What was that, just telling me the costs and saying go ahead? That wasn't persuasive at allㅋㅋㅋ No wonder there was no one thereㅋㅋㅋ It was empty.... I left feeling completely turned off.
