The consultation was really thorough and well done. I didn't get the consultation from a manager but from the doctor for about 30 minutes, and we went through the questions and answers step by step. Honestly, the surgery cost came out much lower than at other places, so I hesitated and asked the consultation manager a question, but the reply took over 3 days to come back. That made me worried about post-op care. So I put it on hold. If they had answered my question right away, I think I might have done it there, because the consultation content was so good.
