I went looking because I wanted to make my double eyelids pretty. A friend who had under-eye surgery here turned out well, and the double eyelid line was pretty too.. The doctor explained things calmly and well, so it was fine. I wanted to visit several hospitals, but the manager said they’d give a discount if I left a reservation deposit, so I made a booking and couldn’t get it back. At the consultation they said they’d refund 100% even if I didn’t have surgery, but then they completely changed their story and raised their voice, which was really absurd. When I said, “You said you’d refund it during the consultation,” they said they only said they’d cancel the surgery and never said they’d refund it.. I was so shocked by such blatant lying that I was left speechless. What a hospital~
