It was my first consultation, but they explained everything really kindly, so I liked it. They asked me to put down a deposit, which felt a bit off, but among the places I visited, the director's explanation was the clearest and best. They pointed out which areas needed surgery and told me what kind of surgery would be appropriate for each.
