The director was kind and explained things in a calm, gentle way, so I was satisfied. But the manager was a bit unfriendly. Overall, it seemed like there were a lot of younger employees, and I kept thinking, 'They are really young...' I am not going ahead with surgery, but it was still a decent consultation.
