Because it’s definitely a one-doctor clinic, I think being able to talk a lot and communicate with the doctor is a good point, but the other staff members’ kindness felt formal. In my view, that’s the problem. The doctor was extremely kind, listened to everything the patient said, and explained things well.

The doctor’s explanation itself was so-so, pretty standard, and when they opened up the nose, they said if the septum was insufficient and ear cartilage had to be used, it would be +50. But they said the crooked nose couldn’t be corrected.
