I had functional rhinoplasty 3 years ago. I had function + cosmetic surgery, and overall it came out in a straight-but-slightly-raised shape, but because it turned out so naturally, human greed really has no end All of my acquaintances would never know I had nose surgery unless I told them.. And there's a slight feeling that the silicone has shifted to the right, but only I can tell.
