I had one consultation for forehead reduction. Since they had just opened as a one-person clinic, the building itself wasn't exactly flashy, but it was neat and nice enough. The consultation goes from the manager, then the director, then the manager again. Everyone was pretty kind, and since it was a forehead reduction consultation, it wasn't that long; they checked a few things and finished within 30 minutes.
