I remember visiting when the clinic had only recently opened, and the inside of the hospital was not clean. That probably lowered my trust right away. The consultation manager talked to me like she was an older sister I knew, and I think that kind of consultation style can be polarizing. Personally, I didn't like it. My eyes are quite far from my eyebrows, and she recommended forehead reduction together with a forehead lift, so I just left the hospital. If you get a forehead lift, the space between the eyes and eyebrows gets even wider.
