I went for a consultation for a facelift because I had severe sagging after facial contouring, and they lifted my face upward and said it had sagged a lot. But the explanation of how they would do the surgery was weak, and I didn't really feel that they were particularly kind. They were confident that a facelift would make me into a V-line, but the consultation ended in under 10 minutes, so I didn't feel very convinced. The manager was kind.
