I visited a few years ago, and even though I was a young, bewildered college student in my early 20s at the time, they treated me very kindly. I went there knowing nothing about surgery at all, and I remember them spending a long time explaining in great detail not only my skin condition and what should not be done (for example, my skin is so thin that if I got a nose filler, the prognosis could be poor later), but also which surgeries they recommended and which combinations would be good. In the end I couldn't bring myself to do anything to my face, so I didn't get surgery, but they were very kind~
