The consultation was incredibly detailed. They explained one by one how each of the materials that could be used in my nose would work for me, which let me think and choose for myself, while also giving their own recommendation, which I liked! They told me not to leave a deposit on the consultation day, but I liked it so much that I went ahead and put one down.. The consultation manager was kind too, and since they said she'd been at one place for a long time, I felt I could trust them!
