This was a hospital I liked enough to seriously consider surgery, and the staff were kind. But I later found out the director was not a board-certified specialist and did all the anesthesia himself, so I canceled the surgery. The rule was that I would only get 50% of the deposit back, but they wouldn't even give me that, so I told them about the law. Then they got upset and complained to me instead, saying they had looked up a post comparing them with another plastic surgery clinic on a cosmetic surgery information site and had even seen comments I left.
