I don't know why the rating is so low, but the director was kind and the consultation manager was kind as well. I had heard a lot about Oscar for eyes, and there were also many friends around me who had surgery there, so it was a hospital I trusted highly. Unlike other hospitals, they use ultra-fine thread for surgery, so there is less swelling and bruising, and almost no scarring, and they say they create a natural-looking eye. It's an appealing hospital.
