Maybe the director was busy, because the consultation was over in 5 minutes. The system is that the director designs the double eyelid line and tells you what surgery is needed, then leaves, and the consultation manager additionally handles the rest. The consultation manager was very kind and answered my questions in great detail, so I ended up being sold on the consultation manager. They said they had specialized only in eyes for 18 years, which tempted me, but I am still thinking about it.
