I had surgery several years ago and I'm satisfied. Even though it was an incision procedure, it still looked natural, and the canthoplasty turned out well too. There were no excessive side effects or anything like that, and after a few years I do sometimes get a slight stinging sensation around the area where the suture is connected to the periosteum, though I'm not exactly sure of the surgical method. I want to come back later and ask whether only the thread can be removed.
