First of all, I had surgery there last summer, and at first the effect was extremely dramatic, but as time passed, some fat started to come back little by little. Of course, I became much slimmer than before the surgery. I had a lot of fat on my face, so I definitely saw results, and I was especially satisfied with the double chin area.
