I had nose surgery a few years ago My nose tip was bent, and back then I didn't even know about this community and didn't research much So I went back to the same hospital and the same director From the side, the nose shape did not project forward The current tip is drooping; I had used silicone + septal cartilage I had revision surgery because the tip looked crooked, but nothing changed, it is still slightly bent If my face itself is asymmetric and it can only ever be a little crooked, then if a redo could not change it, I think they should have refused the revision surgery in the first place.
