The director looked older than I expected. The manager was not especially rude and waited patiently, telling me to ask anything I wanted slowly. The director wasn't as rude as the rumors said, but they also weren't as meticulous as I had hoped either They said it could be done as in-out and marked out about two possible lines. Even the line they marked wasn't something I completely loved, and they said the surgery would take 1 hour, so I'm hesitating a bit.
