There was a side effect right from the very beginning, so I asked about it, and they said they’d receive photos by text and get back to me, but then they just ignored me and kept talking nonsense about swelling. On the day of surgery, they said it was a simple procedure, but they couldn’t get the silicone shape right and had to replace it three times in the middle. I’m honestly so angry, but trust in getting a revision here is so low that I gave up. They didn’t accept my refund request and only said they’d do a revision I didn’t even want, so it feels like a hospital that doesn’t think about the patient at all. Their story kept changing, and when we agreed to post and reveal whether the result was really correct, they said fine~, but at the next consultation they showed information about defamation. A ridiculous hospital.
