I wanted natural eyes while getting eye-opening correction, but suddenly they said that if I did eye-opening correction and an incision, my eyes would get bigger, and if my eyes got bigger, then I would need epicanthoplasty too for it to look more natural. I felt like they were pushing epicanthoplasty, and in the end after the surgery I've been suffering because of sausage eyes and epicanthoplasty scars.
