When I visited after making an appointment, the consultation started without much waiting. Once it began, with the mask hooked over the tip of the nose, they looked straight at my face, checked the line on one eye, briefly explained the surgeries that seemed necessary, and that was it. It felt like about 5 minutes. After that, with the manager, we talked about the surgery cases I’d been quoted for, showing before-and-after photos, the surgical methods, price, possible surgery dates, and so on. Overall, they spoke quickly, and because they were wearing a mask, I couldn’t clearly hear the explanation of the surgery methods, which felt unfamiliar, but overall it wasn’t bad.
