I waited about 50 minutes past my scheduled time. They said surgery was running late and asked me to keep waiting. It made me wonder why there even is a reservation system if they can’t tell you in advance. The first thing that surprised me when I met the director was how red and tired his eyes looked. During the consultation I thought, can I really trust this place and get surgery here? Since I’m there for removal, I’d naturally have a lot of questions because I’m worried, but the director said people like me who worry a lot will end up regretting it even after surgery, so I should think carefully. That really put me off. It was the first place I’ve ever been to that was this unfriendly and snappy; I was annoyed, but since I had paid for the consultation I asked questions anyway. They explained with a skull example, and kept tapping it hard with a pen while explaining as if it were a hassle. After the consultation with the director, the coordinator asked, so how are you planning to hear the price and leave? It felt like the coordinator was also saying, looking at you, you don’t seem like you’re planning to have surgery here, so are you even going to do it? It was unpleasant. Overall, it was really bad..
