My nose isn't exactly bulbous, but my nostrils and nose overall are long and wide, so I was worried and went for a nose consultation. I thought I might be able to tell how much would change after the consultation, so I got one through a friend's recommendation. I went a little after lunch, and the wait wasn't too long. The hospital was very clean, and the person at the front desk was kind too. I brought an edited photo I had worked hard on with an app for the consultation, and when I showed it and explained the look I wanted, they matched it well and designed it nicely. My nostrils aren't particularly wide compared to my nose, so they said I didn't need nostril reduction and that bridge and tip surgery alone would be enough. Both the director and the manager respected my opinion rather than pushing surgery too hard, which I liked.
