I was going to lower my nose naturally, but the line became a half-curved shape and the nose tip was pulled too far out, the columella looks too recessed, and the nose looks lifted and artificial. It's been ten years, and I haven't had any capsular contracture or complications. I'm too scared to get revision surgery........ .ㅁ Also, my nostrils became uneven.
