After going around Seoul, getting consultations here and there and thinking it over, I finally decided on this place. First of all, it was very hard to book a consultation. I had to go at 4:30 a.m. If I went after 5, it seemed like I'd be uneasy the whole time. There is no consultation manager, and the doctor consults from start to finish. He explains things in a calm, steady style and explained why certain surgeries and lines are needed. At other clinics, you talk to the manager first, but here there was none of that, and the doctor handled everything from start to finish, so I trusted it. And in Cheongju, it seems like most people go here. Except for people who give up because the consultation process is so intense, and a few others... even family members and moms' community groups in the area recommend this place, so I put down a deposit and came back. I'll post another review after the surgery.
