Maybe because I went on a weekday, there was only one person there, and after waiting a bit I had my consultation. Since there weren't many people, the director kept asking if I had any questions and answered everything in very detailed fashion, so I felt reassured. But the front desk staff weren't as friendly as at other clinics, which was a bit scary. Maybe it just felt that way because the large hospital I went to before was so friendly..
