I went in for a consultation because I wanted double eyelid surgery. The facility was just so-so, not very good, and the hospital felt a bit small. The doctor consulted with me in a way that matched my eye shape and also reflected my opinion, so that was fine. He kept it simple and didn't add anything beyond what was absolutely necessary.
